What Filed is and is not

Filed is a software tool that reads real-estate contracts, fills forms, tracks deadlines, and orchestrates electronic signatures. Filed is not a law firm, escrow company, broker, or transaction coordinator of record. Filed does not provide legal, tax, or licensed real-estate advice.

Your responsibilities as the user

You must hold any required real-estate licenses for the work you do with Filed.
You bring your own licensed CAR (or other association) form library. Filed does not redistribute copyrighted forms.
You are responsible for final review of every document Filed prepares before sending or signing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of party emails, contact info, and deal facts you enter.

Account

You must keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately at security@filed.app of any suspected unauthorized access.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Filed to process documents for transactions where you are not the authorized agent or party. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.

Liability

Filed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the trailing 12 months.
